Salary, Compensation & BenefitsWorking at Hartford Public Schools includes a comprehensive benefits package and incentives, including:
Pay will be commensurate with experience, educational level, and in accordance with the Hartford Federation of Teachers’ Collective Bargaining Agreement salary schedule. The bargaining agreement salary range for the school year 2023-2024 is $53,482 to $104,837.
